Dear visitors,

Since 2002, the Saint-Raphaël Tourist Office has been committed to voluntary management control processes and has obtained the AFNOR certification.

This effort towards the quality processes the Tourist Officeis committed to must involve visitors and all service providers in Saint-Raphaël.
Our objective is to improve:

  • - The quality of hospitality services and of all information networks
  • - The quality of all tourist facilities
  • - The quality of all services offered
  • - The quality of hospitality in all shops and tourist destinations

This commitment towards quality must involve each and every company the Tourist Office deals with: it is not limited to a few targeted hospitality actions; it is part of a global commitment policy whose common goal is to create an attitude and a state of mind everyone shares.

Our positioning regarding the use of multimedia, the development of IT and the necessary modernisation of all information systems demonstrates our commitment to high quality services.

TheTourist Office emphasises the above by modernizing the access to information in hospitality facilities, developing mobile phone applications and by increasing its presence in social networks. In addition, we continue to strive to maintain human contact with visitors to ensure a successful holiday experience.
