Bathing water quality

During the summer season the bathing water quality is regularly checked.

The bathing water quality is regularly checked by the DDASS (Regional Board of Social and Health Services) and the Bureau d’Hygiène Intercommunal de la Communauté d’Agglomération in Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël (Regional Health Services) to guarantee the complete healthfulness of the beaches.
The results of these rigorous analyses are posted on specific boards at the entrance of the beaches.

To allow everyone to stay informed of the quality of the bathing water, a website was created http://www.qualimer.org thanks to the Syndicat des Communes du Littoral Varois (Regional and Community Board of the Var). Its high-quality analysis results from the intensive work performed on the SEWAGE, RAIN WATER AND WASTE systems as well as the improvement and development of a better TOILET and SHOWER network on the beaches.
