To celebrate the blossoming of the little yellow flower, Saint-Raphaël, located at km 59 of the Route, offers activities in the Massif de l'Estérel to enjoy the sweet fragrance of the mimosa.

Saint-Raphaël, with its 36 km of coastline, will take you from its waterfront city center to the harbors, the hidden coves of Boulouris, the Île d’Or, and finally the Agay harbor. Meanwhile, the Corniche d’Or, carved into the rock, overlooks the extraordinarily clear waters below.

Stretching 130 km, the Route du Mimosa runs from Bormes-Les-Mimosas to Grasse. This scenic route is the quintessential symbol of the wintertime French Riviera, offering—in a mild climate—a sort of itinerant getaway amid azure blue and sunshine yellow.


Numerous activities are offered during this period:

− GUIDED WALKING TOURS
With Rando Paca, discover the Estérel Massif on a guided walk themed around mimosa at the Lacs des Péguières.

− GUIDED MINIBUS TOURS
From late January to early March (9 a.m.–12 p.m. or 2 p.m.–5 p.m.).
A 3-hour minibus tour with Passion Estérel centered on the theme “Mimosa in the Estérel.”
The tour concludes with a short, easy, and optional walk, followed by a tasting of local products in the middle of a mimosa forest.

− BUS EXCURSION TO TANNERON
February 4, 11, 18, 25, and March 4, 2027
With Beltrame, take a half-day bus tour departing from Saint-Raphaël through the mimosa forests to Tanneron.
