Located in the heart of Saint-Raphaël, Studio Mentalo is an elegant and soothing holistic setting entirely dedicated to women. A space designed for slowing down, reconnecting with oneself and finding balance in everyday life.

From 17/11/2025 to 31/12/2026 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm. On Tuesday and Thursday between 9 am and 7.30 pm. Closed on Sunday.

Created by Marine Astor, Holistic Care Practitioner and Founder, Studio Mentalo is a refined, holistic setting for slowing down, reconnecting with oneself and finding balance in everyday life.

THE PLACE :
Set on the first floor of a Haussmann-style building, this refined apartment with its majestic volumes is home to a veritable bubble of serenity, sheltered from the hustle and bustle and the glare of the public eye. Its discreet surroundings - between a prestigious jewelry store and an iconic bookshop - give it a singular aura, at once elegant, poetic and inspiring.

Bathed in natural light, Studio Mentalo has been designed as a soothing refuge, a place where every detail - clean lines, soft lighting, natural materials and subtle fragrances - creates a hushed, almost meditative atmosphere. Here, well-being is seen as an art of living: you come to release tension, breathe deeply, feel, and reconnect with yourself in a soft, enveloping atmosphere.
