The Cap Esterel village is the largest private, pedestrian vacation village in France, including 5 swimming pools with access cards included in the rental price, spa area, tennis, 9-hole golf course, padel court, mountain biking, archery, mini-golf, circus school, sports activities and entertainment for children and adults.

Access to the Aquatic Areas included in the price: In the Hameau district, 1 swimming pool with magnificent sea view and 2 pools with small slide and paddling pool (open July - August). At the Cap Esterel center, 1 heated sea-view pool open from April to November, plus play area with wave pool, Jacuzzi, diving board and large slide open from May to September.
Some activities are available for a fee and must be booked on site: 9-hole golf course, spa and treatment area, padel courts, mountain bike and VAE rental, mini-golf, circus school.

An ideal vacation spot for the whole family, you won't need a car as everything is available in the village: restaurants, stores, boutiques, hairdresser, beautician, small supermarkets, catering and services.
The villa's proximity to the Dramont district also gives you easy access on foot to 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy and restaurants outside the estate... open all year round.

The geographical location of Cap Esterel in the magnificent Baie d'Agay is exceptional, between the sea and the Massif de l'Esterel. The many walks, hikes and beaches will delight all nature and discovery lovers.
From June 15 to September 15, there's a free mini-train to take you to the beaches and around the village, which can take you to the landing beach opposite the Ile d'Or, to the center of Cap Esterel where you'll find a wave pool, waterslide, pedestrian and shopping streets, or to the adrenaline sports site with accrobranche and canoeing (stop at the entrance to the hamlet).

Numerous hikes in the Esterel massif depart from the villa without taking the car. Magnificent hikes along the seafront around the semaphore and Cap Dramont, the Balcons de l'Esterel, the Col du Dramont, just a few minutes' walk from the house....For the more experienced, the Pic de l'Ours or the Cap Roux tour offer a unique and exceptional panorama of the sea and the Esterel massif.
In addition to hiking, L'Esterel is also a vast playground for mountain bikers following in the footsteps of the ROC D'AZUR, with numerous trails through the Esterel starting from the house without having to take the road, which is reassuring with children.
In terms of mobility, Le Cap Esterel is next to the small SNCF train station at Le Dramont. This is a very practical service, enabling you to get to Saint Raphael or Cannes without a car, just a few minutes from the house!
There's also a bus stop just 5 minutes' walk away, where you can catch the entire Saint Raphael bus network.
The Cap Esterel estate is fully fenced and guarded, with an access code at the entrance.
