Lessons adapted to every age and every child:
Each session is tailored to your child's age, level and feelings:
- Baby swimming (from 6 months): gentle introduction to the water
- Aquatic Awakening (from age 3): playful discovery and confidence-building
- Apprenticeship (from age 5): learn to swim and acquire the right safety reflexes
- Perfecting: improve swimming techniques or become more comfortable.
Adults can also benefit from swimming lessons at home, to improve their skills, regain ease in the water or overcome aquaphobia and enjoy the sea with confidence.

The aim is simple: to enable everyone to feel safe and at ease in the water.

An experienced lifeguard:
Sessions are supervised by Jean-Baptiste Patamia, a state-qualified lifeguard, former top-level swimmer and former member of the French national team (junior category).
With over 10 years' experience, including several as a club swimming coach, Jean-Baptiste guides children with pedagogy, patience and kindness. His approach is much appreciated by families, who find in him a reassuring professional who listens attentively.

Jean-Baptiste takes the time to bond with each child. Sessions are progressive, fun and pressure-free. Parents particularly appreciate this human approach, which enables children to gain confidence quickly and with a smile.
