An unexpected encounter between a father and a teacher
Lionel, a divorced single father, is summoned to his 8-year-old son's school. During an introductory art class, a drawing the child had made was judged by the teacher to be "a bit too over-the-top".

Surprised and angry at what he saw as excessive arguments, Lionel decided to defend his son. This tense, animated first meeting marks the start of a series of exchanges between father and teacher.

As the discussions progress, their certainties waver and the situation evolves in unexpected ways. The play humorously explores the relationship between parents and teachers, misunderstandings and differences of opinion.
