Beautiful, spacious and sunny apartment overlooking a pretty Mediterranean garden (palm trees, pines, mimosas...) with a glimpse of the sea shimmering through the trees.

From 01/04 to 31/10.

The coastline is 150 m away on foot, with a walkway opposite the entrance to the property (with swimming facilities). The beaches are 300 m away. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with a 160 cm bed that can be separated into 2 smaller 80 cm beds (for children). At the back of the living room, which can be separated by a curtain, a second sleeping area (2 people) comprises a rapido sofa bed with a very comfortable mattress.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom (shower), just as the kitchen is separate from the living room.
The decor is simple and airy, allowing travellers to make the most of the apartment's spaciousness (54m²).
A balcony facing the beautiful garden is the perfect place to rest, eat and relax.
Air conditioning (reversible) is provided throughout the apartment, but a fan is available in the bedroom if required.
The apartment is located on the 2nd level (raised 1st floor), with a delightful view.
Tenants will have access to a free parking space in the condominium. A bicycle garage is available.
Pets are not allowed. There is no WiFi but a good 4G connection from your phones.
The property has lifts and a swimming pool.
Shops (grocery, bakery, butcher, etc.) and restaurants nearby (between 5 and 15 minutes' walk).
A bus stop 50 metres away and Boulouris station 1 km away mean you can quickly get to the town centre (less than 4 km away) or take a day trip to Cannes, Antibes, or Nice.
