On the Golf de l'Esterel estate, in the residential area of Valescure, you'll be staying in a villa located in the heart of the golf courses, in a calm, leafy setting. The house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. You have access to the development's large secured swimming pool, with a deep and shallow end.
As soon as you enter the apartment, you'll find the living room, open-plan kitchen and large ground-level terrace with views over the golf course and the sea. The kitchen is equipped with: - an induction hob, - a dishwasher, a microwave, a fan-assisted oven, an American fridge with a freezer. You'll have everything you need for breakfast and there is a crockery cabinet stocked with every essential household item for your stay, from coffee cups to champagne flutes, to celebrate occasions big and small.
The staircase to the first floor and the landing lead to: - Bedroom 1, suite, with 160 x 200 bed, bathroom (bath + shower + washbasin + WC). It has a TV and a desk. The dressing room in bedroom 1. - Bedroom 2, en suite, with a 160 x 200 bed, shower room (shower + washbasin + WC). It has a TV and a desk.
The studio: On one level and independent. - Bedroom 3, with two 90 x 190 beds (which we can also combine to make a 180 x 200 bed). A shower room with washbasin and WC. A lounge/dining room/kitchen area with easy, same-level access to the terrace. There's also a small trolley where you can set up the grill for outdoor cooking. The lounge area can also sleep 2 people thanks to 2 pull-out beds measuring 80 x 190. Washing machine in the studio.

We take particular care with household linen. Your beds will be made up on arrival with duvets and pillowcases to ensure the best possible hygiene. We take care of the cleaning before your arrival and on your departure (as long as the house is in a respectful state, of course). All household linen is provided, including a bath towel and hand towel per person, and a bath mat.
Bedding: fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover. You will also be provided with tea towels and hand towels. A first-aid kit is also available in case of emergencies. The house can be equipped with travel cots and high chairs if you have young children.
Please note, however, that the staircase to the house is not secure and the garden is terraced, so children cannot be left unsupervised. We do not accept pets. Non-smoking accommodation. Parties are not permitted, to preserve the peace and quiet of the estate.
