The south-facing park features a swimming pool shared by all the villa's apartments, heated from April to October, with uninterrupted views of the sea and the bay of Saint-Raphaël. A gate provides direct access to the seafront.

This villa full of character is within convenient walking distance of a wide selection of restaurants and local shops, so there is no need to use the car. Waterfront restaurants are just a stone's throw from the apartment, and the small port of Boulouris with the Europlongée diving club is 300 metres away. Boulouris station makes it easy to get from Saint-Raphaël to Vintimille. The Boulouris market on Monday mornings is also a must-see during your stay, within easy walking distance.
